- 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Cup Olive Oil (preferably robust flavor)
- 1 Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese (Parmesan will work)
- ΒΌ Cup Walnut pieces
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
This recipe is incredibly easy to prepare. Simply combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until a thick paste is formed. Remember to store it in an airtight container and refrigerate. It should stay fresh for about 5-7 days.
