- 1 Bunch Fresh Broccoli Rabe
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves Fresh Thinly sliced Garlic
Rinse Broccoli Rabe and remove leaves
Cut into single stalks
Heat up large saute pan, flat grill, or Blackstone
Brush Grill with Olive oil, and place Garlic, and Brocolli Rabe on grill
With Grill on Med/High turn Garlic and Veggies every 15-30 seconds
Cook until Garlic slices are light brown chips, and Broccoli Rabe is charred slightly, but still crunchy
