Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Fresh Broccoli Rabe
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Fresh Thinly sliced Garlic

Instructions

  • Rinse Broccoli Rabe and remove leaves
  • Cut into single stalks
  • Heat up large saute pan, flat grill, or Blackstone
  • Brush Grill with Olive oil, and place Garlic, and Brocolli Rabe on grill
  • With Grill on Med/High turn Garlic and Veggies every 15-30 seconds
  • Cook until Garlic slices are light brown chips, and Broccoli Rabe is charred slightly, but still crunchy
