  • 1 Loaf Your Favorite Italian Bread
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 2-3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 4 leaves Fresh Basil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F to set the stage for your culinary creation.  
  • Slice the bread into 3/8-inch slices, adjusting the thickness to your liking.  
  • Brush the bread with your choice of olive oil for a robust flavor.  
  • Place the bread in the oven to toast while you prepare the topping.  
  • Dice the 4 plum tomatoes into 1/4" cubes and place them in a mixing bowl, drizzling them with olive oil for that perfect touch.  
  • Chop the 2-3 garlic cloves and add them to the tomatoes, enhancing the flavor.
